Danny has more than years of experience in the practice of public accountancy with an emphasis in federal and multi-state income taxation. More than of his years in public accounting have been spent in the tax practice of Stoner, Albright & Company where he joined the Firm in 1990. While his expertise is extensive, his principal areas of consultancy include representation of high-income and high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses. His depth of experience is vital when dealing with investment partnerships, family limited partnerships, tax-free exchanges, ranching and construction. Danny participates in deal-making with in depth transactional analysis related to both the purchase of, and sale of, a business. He also has expertise with informational technology and assists with the oversight and management of the Firm’s information systems.
When not spending dedicated hours serving the needs of the Firm’s clientele, Danny is an avid runner and has become a frequenter in half-marathon running events with family and friends. Danny’s biggest fan is his grandson, who Danny maintains is the “most handsome” child in the Dallas area.
